This is a very mild practice, and suitable for those needing to move carefully either due to current back pain, or recovering from injury. Gently open through your hips and stabilize through your lower back. Learn to move in moderation to avoid any aggravation in your body. You will do a lot of our postures lying on your back, so have a blanket or use a thick yoga mat.
