This class prepares for lotus with hip openers, knee stretches and lengthening the back inner groins. Slow, steady preparation so that no part of your body feels compromised. Use your props to fully experience this pose as one of the foundational asanas in yoga. Take five minutes to rest in savasana to seal your practice. Props Needed: A bolster, block, strap and blanket.
