This practice will improve range of motion in your spine through a combination of active and passive asanas. You'll begin with a 30-minute flow of postures including forward bends, twists, side-bends and backbends. You'll complete the practice with nurturing, grounding, passively held postures that will release tension throughout your entire spine. Props Suggested: Two blocks and a blanket.
