You’ll practice Coherence Breath, Alternate Nostril Breath, and contra-lateral movements in a steady sequence with High Lunge, Tiger Curl, One-Legged Crow, Revolved Lizard, and Bridge Pose, noticing how when you let things come and go, only the present moment is left to focus on.
