This fun Pilates practice brings the burn with added resistance (ankle and hand weights) to tone your upper body, lower body, and core. Move through a fast-paced, challenging series with Double Leg Extensions, Cherry Pickers, Side Plank, Saw, Reverse Crunches, Corkscrew, Lunges, and Leg Sweeps — all using weights.
