An essential action to take while grieving can be building a steady mind. This practice invites you in that direction while enlivening and strengthening your body. Move steadily through Lunges, Sun Salutations, Camel Pose, Pigeon variations, Chair Vinyasa, and Mountain Climbers before finishing in meditation.
