This Vinyasa practice helps you identify the upper-body work needed on your journey progressing to Pincha Mayurasana (Forearm Stand). Start with drills using two blocks, then move through a flow that steadily builds, including Surya Namaskar C and B (Sun Salutations), Warrior I, Warrior III, Dolphin Pose, and Pincha Mayurasana (Forearm Stand).
