Physically, this class helps to increase flexibility in your lower body (hamstrings and hip flexors). Mentally, this class offers strategies for practicing compassion with yourself and others. You'll move slowly through a relaxing sequence with Half Butterfly Side Stretch, Dragon Lunge, Melting Heart Pose, Seated Forward Fold, and Reclined Hand-To-Big-Toe Pose.
