Balance Prana Kundalini Series: Samana - Preview
Welcome to the fourth class in Kia’s Balance Prana Series, which is also a great practice whenever you feel depleted or overwhelmed. This class will leave you feeling steady, empowered, and emotionally resilient. You’ll focus on activating Samana, or navel energy, and amplify your being on all levels. Begin with breath centering, then move through a navel-focused kriya that includes lots of core strengthening, and finish with breathwork that builds prana.
