Crow pose is the gateway to arm balances and a strong inversion practice. Learning to balance on your hands and carry your own body weight is one way to gain a strong core and a strong upper body. In this flow, we try to touch upon as many different variations of bakasana/kakasana (crane pose/crow pose) as possible. Using surya namaskar A and some strong standing poses, we gain enough heat to apply one footed crow pose I & II (Eka pada bakasana I & II), as well as side crow (parsva bakasana) into our flow. Fly on my fellow yogis!
