Building Mental Strength - Preview

Building strength isn't just about working harder. It also includes tapping into the power you already possess. In this sequence, you'll move through simple standing poses, gaining subtle strength and building heat through repetition and slightly longer holds. This is a great way to build confidence after a practice hiatus, or any time you need to remember you are stronger than you think you are, both physically and mentally! Props Suggested: Two blocks and a blanket.
