Gentle, Feel-Good Movement - Preview

This gentle, meditative flow will leave your body feeling refreshed and awake. Begin seated with twists and legs lifts then move to standing work, including some barre-inspired balance using your chair. Appropriate for people all ages and mobility, this would be a great class to practice with mom and dad on the holidays or any time you want to coax a newcomer to move with you without fear.
