Many of us spend a lot of time hunched over a computer, leading to our front muscles getting shorter and our back muscles getting weaker. This class will counteract chronic slouching by strengthening the back while offering plenty of chest and shoulder openers. You'll floss your shoulders out, then move into cobras, lunges, and side angles with shoulder rotations throughout. Finish with wheel pose and a stretchy supine cool down. Props Needed: A strap.
