Core for Aging Powerfully - Preview

The core is the seat of our power and strength, affecting everything from back health and posture to digestion and breathing. Keep that engine humming with a class that will safely work the full circumference of your core. Warm up with cat/cows, then fan the flames with a repeating core series that includes forearm plank variations, locust pose, crunches, and more. This class keeps moving and building heat, so expect to break a sweat. Props Needed: A block.
