Work on the subtleties of a standing Pilates practice, such as balance and strength. A great practice to try out for those who are modifying their supine Pilates practice due to injury or pregnancy. Play with props to enhance the challenge as you move through a modified standing hundred and modified Pilates push-ups. Experience a full-body flow without any time on your back! Props Needed: A magic circle and resistance band.
