Balancing Flow for Grounding - Preview

This journey begins with the Eagle Mudra, the embodied meditation practice to prepare for taking flight. Continue with breath-infused spinal twists that skillfully warm up the body for a creative flow that integrates the component parts of Eagle. Pause a moment to truly learn the alignment of Eagle, including the use of blocks to “find your perch.” You’ll soar into the full expression of the pose, then allow yourself to land with a gentle twist and meditation. Emerge from your practice with a sense of flight, freedom, and a new perspective.
