An accessible half primary series and an introduction to the intermediate series. There will be a fast paced, but modified version of the forward bends of the Primary series as well as modified introduction to the backbends and twists of the Intermediate series. Poses include marichyasana C, dhanurasana and bakasana. Spend some time upside down before resting in savasana. A great class for yogis looking to explore variations within the Ashtanga practice.
