This practice progresses through creative, dance-like movements that take you all around your mat, setting you up for success to peak in strong poses. Start with Seated Side Bends, Anjaneyasana, and Ardha Hanumanasana (Half Split), then build in Warrior III to Standing Splits and Shiva Squats before moving to the ground for Figure Four, core work, and Supta Baddha Konasana.
