Chakrasana (backward-roll) is just one of those poses! Either you love it, you hate it, or if you are like many of us, you just skip it. But really it can be fun. In this class we will break the posture down and experiment with some tricks that gradually make the posture quite doable. Chakrasana is an important posture within the Ashtanga sequences because it allows us to move freely and smoothly, on the wave of the breath, from one pose to the next when it seems there is no smooth transition possible.
