About this role:

We're expanding our world-class teaching roster and are seeking new on-camera Pilates instructors who are passionate about supporting others on their wellness journeys. We are looking for someone who not only embodies the essence and teachings of yoga, meditation, fitness, or Pilates but also remains attuned to the pulse of ever-changing wellness trends, seamlessly merging confidence with humility in their practice. This role entails regular contributions of both live and on-demand content, catering to our audience’s evolving preferences. Authenticity and charisma are paramount for us; we're searching for those who can forge genuine connections online, captivating our community with genuine fervor and unmatched expertise.

Compensation: 

Our Glo instructors are competitively compensated based on the performance of their content.

Who you are:

• You are a certified Pilates instructor; additional specialized training certifications (e.g. yoga, fitness, etc.) are a plus.
• You are a seasoned instructor with at least 5 years of in-person teaching experience (1+ years of online teacher experience preferred).
• You are proficient in demonstrating physical movement while providing concise verbal cues.
• You can confidently develop class programming with little guidance but also understand how to apply data and insights to content creation.
• You possess a strong understanding of how to market yourself to an online audience.
• You are comfortable expressing your unique voice and personality on camera and have a perceptive and friendly personality.
• You are available to lead virtual classes 1-3 times per week on average.
• You have access to your own dedicated, private space to lead classes.
• You have an iPhone 12 or newer.
