Week 1

Yoga

Level 2 30 mins

This final class will emphasize twists to rinse the body from the inside out. Begin with a gentle belly massage, move through dynamic plank movements, then explore twists from chair. We'll pump it up with a few jump hop switches from downdog and glide from crescent to hovering chair, tuning into the belly all the while to find both compression and space. Props Needed: A blanket or towel. Props Suggested: A strap.

Yoga

Level 2 30 mins

Find a new perspective with this slow, breath-focused practice, using long holds to emphasize challenge. We'll shift our focus with breathwork, then take our time in revolved triangle, half moon, shalabasana, and dhanurasana, before winding down with twists and savasana. Props Needed: A blanket. Props Suggested: A strap, long towel, or scarf.

Yoga

Level 2 30 mins

Let's shake things up by moving continuously! This class will emphasize stimulation of the side body and belly. We'll begin with kapalabhati breathing, then explore functional movement to stir up some heat for detoxification. Get ready to flush it out and have some fun!
