Week 1

Begin class with a nourishing meditation, then build heat with a powerful flow that works your whole body. Make this potent practice your first morning cuppa joe, and see a massive difference in your day!

Add a twist to your morning brew! Work your shoulders, power up your core and practice twisting poses with this creative sequence. Move through seated, supine and standing twists, dynamic plank variations and a warrior flow before cooling down with an invigorating backbend. Greet your morning with this fully caffeinated power sequence that flows into explosive athletic movements, activating abdominal work, backbends and hip-opening poses. Your centering meditation and surya namaskara tune you in and warm you up. You'll walk away feeling strong and empowered!

Fire up your core by adding spice to your practice! Get hungry for the challenge ahead as you sweat it out with cross-training moves in plank, active boat variations and lunge postures. Wring out distractions with twists and stretch out with side bends, concluding with pigeon and a soothing happy baby. Today's sequence will leave you feeling good and satisfied.
