Across the series, classes move from gentle, mostly seated and kneeling foundations, to mild standing postures that build balance and steady strength, and finally to fully supported, reclined practices that prioritize flexibility and relaxation. Breath awareness, accessible sequencing, and optional modifications are woven throughout, allowing participants to explore yoga in a way that feels steady, approachable, and sustainable—building comfort in the body without rushing or overexertion.
