
Begin Yoga At Any Age is a welcoming, three-class program designed for those who are new to yoga and ready to begin thoughtfully and confidently, later in life or at any stage. Often, people are encouraged to start moving more—but without clear guidance on how to do so safely. This program offers a supportive entry point that emphasizes gradual progression, clear instruction, and respect for individual pace. Across the series, classes move from gentle, mostly seated and kneeling foundations, to mild standing postures that build balance and steady strength, and finally to fully supported, reclined practices that prioritize flexibility and relaxation. Breath awareness, accessible sequencing, and optional modifications are woven throughout, allowing participants to explore yoga in a way that feels steady, approachable, and sustainable—building comfort in the body without rushing or overexertion.
