Born in England but raised in New Mexico, Marc was first introduced to yoga as a young football/soccer player. After moving back to England, Marc played professionally and started using some of the poses he could remember. He found that the stretches complemented his game and kept injury at bay. However, it wasn’t until after his professional sports career, when he moved to London, that he started practicing sports therapy and felt the call back to the yoga mat. He remembers a particular class when the penny dropped and he saw how this ancient yogic technology could help his clients get to the root of their physical and mental ailments.

The rabbit hole continued as the spiritual science of Yoga unfolded and offered a direct means of liberating the mind, strengthening the body, and reminding us of our true nature: connection with ourselves, others, and this ever-giving and abundant planet. Yoga is literally a REvolution.

Over the last 5 years, Marc has been teaching on the global stage, from dynamic classes in London’s top studios to soul-quenching workshops and retreats across Europe to the picturesque bamboo shalas of Bali—the place he now calls home.

Marc’s classes seamlessly blend artful body geometry with crystalline mental awareness and emotional intelligence. His passion and curiosity for exploring human potential bring an unending freshness and vibrancy to each class that will carry you through your day.

Yoga

Level 1-2 10 mins

Here’s a little something to switch on your body, mind, and soul in the morning. Start with a light body shake, then move through a gentle breath-led flow with Chair Pose, Baby Cobra, Low Lunge variations, Half Splits, and a standing balance. If you have an extra 10 or 15 minutes, we suggest pairing this class with Marc’s Visualize Your Day Meditation or 5-5-5: Flow, Breathwork, & Meditation class. Yoga

A quick practice to brighten your day, this class features five minutes of movement, five of breathwork, and five of meditation. Start with a light body shake, then Forward Fold, Bridge, Chair, Standing Side Bend, and Child's Pose lead into Coherent Breathing and So Hum Mantra. This class previously aired on May 3, 2024.

Meditation

Level 1 30 mins

Invite more freedom, joy, and connection into your world with this Yoga Nidra practice that focuses on the concept of detachment. Settle into Savasana and follow a guided relaxation that taps into frequencies of your consciousness to increase awareness of your relationship with “receiving versus resisting” in different areas of your life.
