Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Khetanya’s passion for fitness began with her love for acting, dance, and music. She began her fitness career in New York City, working amongst the city’s top celebrity trainers and now trains and instructs in Los Angeles, California. She is trained and certified in formats such as Dance Cardio, Trampoline, Sculpt, Pilates MAT, Pilates Reformer, HIIT, TRX, Barre, and Boot Camp. In her classes, you can expect challenging sequences that will build endurance, strength, and lean muscles.

Her mission is to empower the mind and body to bring you closer to your superpowered human self. Her Mantra: We get stronger together, every day.

Pilates

Level 2 30 mins

When you’re looking for a slower-paced Pilates practice, this class is for you. You’ll enjoy gentle movement while still focusing on core stabilization and activation with intentional movement. Exercises include Roll Up, Series of Five, Hundred, Bird Dog, and an arm series. This class previously aired on May 3, 2024.

Get the burn you’re after in a Barre workout with this sweaty, fast-paced class that follows an EMOM structure (Every Minute On the Minute: completing a certain amount of reps in 60 seconds). Focus on muscular stamina and endurance with classic Barre pulses and full-range movements, including Squats, Bicep Curls, Lunge Pulses, Push Ups, and Chest Press. Pilates

Level 1-2 10 mins

This quick class starts with breathwork and spinal articulation before some light core activation. It’s relaxing and gentle while helping to improve core stabilization. Moves include Side Bend, Spinal Extension, twists, Serve The Platter arm work, and Chest Expansion. This class previously aired on April 26, 2024.
