Stay connected

What does it mean to stay connected in a socially distanced world? Most of us have been experiencing bouts of boredom or waves of loneliness that have compelled us to reach out and reach within in totally new ways. These classes will remind you that, no matter what, we are all connected. You carry that source of connection within you all the time.

Yoga

Level 2 30 mins

Awaken your body to the full potential of the day! This fluid morning class is designed to open you up and get your blood moving. Find your rhythm with vinyasa flows, open your chest in humble warrior and crescent twist, then get funky with wild thing and fallen triangle. Try out side crane for a little lift, then end with seated forward bends to ground your experience and get you ready for your day. Props Suggested: A blanket or bolster.

Yoga

Level 2-3 90 mins

This well rounded flow will encourage you to stay in the moment as you move through a challenging sequence of standing poses (including balancing poses warrior 3 and eagle) and backbends (including shalabhasana, dhanurasana, and ustrasana). We finish with a seated twisting straddle and supine twist. You will feel energized and centered and ready to connect with your life in a more meaningful way.

Yoga

Level 1 20 mins

Integrate the exercises you've practiced throughout this program with a sequence of standing, seated and supine flows. You'll ease stress and restore balance, as you strengthen and move energy throughout your body. This practice is a journey, so repeat these classes as needed and weave the mindful movements and flows into your daily life.

Yoga

Level 2 60 mins

Connect consciously to your memories so you can move forward gracefully into the future. Learn to orient a posture rather than hold it, to measure up and be kind so you can show up for your life in the highest way. Use cross referencing to find clarity in your legs with sun salutation variations. One-armed dog pose, shalabasana and warrior III help develop empathy and paschimottanasana connects you to yourself. Savasana to finish.

Meditation

15 mins

Begin by grounding your awareness in your body and set an intention to connect with the peace of your innermost self. Then, connect with all that exists through your breath, eventually releasing your intention back to the planet, its animals, or a specific person. Come out of your meditation and into the light, ready to serve the world around you.

Yoga

Level 1 60 mins

Everything is connected is one of the primary reminders for this class. As we move to release tension in the neck, shoulders, and upper back, we begin with the hips, hip flexors and low back to send ripple effects of relaxation up the spine. Then we segue into a languid lounging Buddha series to unwind the shoulders before using movement (cat stretches and thread the needle) to continue to unwind. Unsurprisingly, a seated forward fold is the whipped cream in this sundae of a practice that allows us to feel connected, restored, revitalized and rejuvenated. And the after effect is shoulders that are soft and soothed.

Yoga

Level 1 60 mins

Work on releasing "Grasping, Mind-centric awareness" and "Only me" feelings (non-GMO). Connect with your hips, balance on your feet and feel strength from your thighs and stomach. Stretch out your hands and feet. Supportive alternatives are shown so that you can practice as you are now. Enjoy this comprehensive, slow-moving practice. Props Suggested: A blanket.

Meditation

20 mins

Practice a meditation on spaciousness around your body. After centering yourself in embodied awareness, breathe light and spaciousness into your body from all sides, opening to the experience of your interconnectedness and of the unexpected largeness of your own subtle body.
