Week 1

Yoga

Level 2 45 mins

Embody the fierce energy of the warrior goddess, Durga, as you explore themes of strength, courage, and persistence. This strong hip-opening practice begins with her story and mantra, then moves through powerful vinyasas with deep squats and lunges, like malasana, goddess pose, and skandasana. You'll call forth your own fearless heart as you flow, then allow Durga's protective energy to settle with a deep stretch and savasana.

Week 2

Yoga

Level 2 45 mins

Invoke Lakshmi's divine qualities with a heart-opening flow that's brimming with big stretches and backbends. Learn about the goddess of prosperity, then chant her mantra to get her bountiful energy flowing. This fluid sequence will take you through side bends, standing splits, gate pose, and hanumasana, inviting a feeling of spaciousness and receptivity. You'll come down to the mat for supported dhanurasana and bridge, then finish with a nice twist and savasana. Props Suggested: Two blocks.

Week 3

Yoga

Level 2 45 mins

Call upon Saraswati, goddess of wisdom and the arts, as you awaken your powers of creativity and discipline. Begin with her story and mantra, then launch into an artful sequence full of lower body stretches and forward folds. You'll gather your focus with flowing vinyasas that lead into dolphin and tripod headstand. Come down to the mat clear-headed and open to inspiration, then conclude with hip circles and a sweet savasana. Props Suggested: A block and a strap.
