Week 1

Yoga

Level 2 30 mins

Remove congestion and stagnation in your physical body by stoking your agni, your internal fire. Begin with a quick and vigorous warm-up, then move through dynamic, heat-building postures that will stimulate your digestive tract by bringing energy into your navel area. Your practice will conclude with sat kriya and savasana to allow you to integrate the energy you've created. Props Suggested: A blanket or bolster.

Yoga

Level 2 30 mins

Use movement and breath to get your whole body charged, so you can start to move stuck emotional energy. Start swiftly, then drop deeply into your emotional body through powerful kriyas and detoxifying breathwork. This practice will help you release fears and attachments, while encouraging greater emotional balance and less reactivity. Props Suggested: A blanket or bolster.

Yoga

Level 2 30 mins

Create a strong, centered and luminous mind by encouraging detoxification on the subtlest level. Get your energy flowing with dynamic standing movements, then move through surya namaskars to gather your focus. This steadily-paced set of exercises and breathwork will balance your brain and help to enhance your concentration and clarity. Props Suggested: A blanket or bolster.
