Warm-up with gentle cardio, modified push-ups, and slow mountain climbers, then flow through a Pilates sequence including a full leg series before ending with a stretch.

After warming up your body, power through thirty-second bursts of high-intensity movements, including squats, jumping jacks, and forearm side plank press-ups. This full-spectrum class incorporates both traditional elements and new methods of movement. Begin with a few rounds of breathwork, warm up in tabletop, then launch into a creative and dynamic flow featuring shalabhasana with hip adduction, fallen triangle, twists, and warrior poses. You'll work your way up the mountain, then come back down with backbends, frog pose, and savasana. Props Suggested: A block.

Level 2-3 30 mins

In just the blink of an eye, get your blood pumping with standing poses, sun salutations, and quite a few chaturangas and planks. All the poses are Level 2 with a Level 3 pacing. This is a fantastic sequence for cardiovascular work, building strength, and cultivating endurance. Fasten your seat belts, this class is better than espresso! Take savasana on your own.

Get ready for a non-traditional take on our beloved sun salutations. This high-energy, circuit-style class is designed for the yogi who loves to cross-train. Break a sweat as you laugh your way through plank and pushup moves, kettlebell lifts, dynamic jumps, and boat flows. This fun class utilizes various types of weights, but feel free to use what you have! Props Suggested: Two sets of hand weights (5 and 10 pounds) and one kettlebell (15 pounds).

Your go-to sequence when you only have a short amount of time, but still want to sweat and get a full-spectrum practice in. Begin with pranayama to tune in, then flow into powerful leg movements, core work and arm burners that will get you flying high. Maximize your time with this fast-paced, challenging class. A soulful flow intended to allow yourself the space to be and breathe. Focus on blending movement with feeling rather than rigid rules, using dancing warriors, twists and lunges to build heat and space simultaneously. Spacious sequencing gives you time to see what is possible in your body right now. Standing splits and forward folds within free form movement supports mental focus. Set yourself up for a beautiful soul powered meditation to finish. Props Needed: Two blocks.

A no nonsense, well paced flow of "heck yeah" and rigor. Complete with arm balance play, back bending and lower body stretching. Handstand hops are also incorporated into your flow to build heat. Spend time in headstand, pigeon, and a few other surprises. Great for opening up your hips, quads and psoas, and if you are a yogi who likes a little bit of everything. Props Needed: A block and a strap.
