Mat Pilates with Kit Rich

Focus on stretching and strengthening your entire back body, activating your hamstrings, lats, spinal muscles, and glutes using your body weight and a resistance band. Begin with a nice stretch for your hamstrings and IT band, then fire up your posterior chain with strengtheners like sumo squats, bridge work, curtsy lunges, and swimming. Props Needed: A resistance band.
