Dancilates 2.0 - Preview

This fun and rhythmic routine is rooted in Pilates, but adds some challenging cardio bursts to the mix. Dance your way through an eclectic series that utilizes multiple muscle groups for maximum effect. Begin with mat work, planks, and squats; find your center with standing work; then let loose with an invigorating dance series before winding down with a stretchy flow.
