Tapping Into Masculine Energy - Preview

This challenging workout balances both strength and stretch while exploring the true essence of masculine energy (something all genders possess). You'll focus on strengthening your core, lengthening the muscles of your low back, and creating space in your hips - areas that often need extra attention in men. Class starts slowly then continually ramps up the challenge, building toward a fiery plank series then bringing your heart rate back down with a seated meditation.
