Stability Challenge - Preview

Challenge your everyday Pilates practice by incorporating a stability ball throughout your sequence. This class moves quickly and seriously works your core, while teaching you how to use this prop to your advantage in exercises like pike and knees pulling on on the ball. Expect to work hard and put your balance to the test, then enjoy a well-deserved stretch session to round things out. Props Needed: A large stability ball.
