Why Don't I Do This More Often? - Preview

This is the class we should all be doing regularly, but usually put off. But how often have you regretted making time for a little relaxation? Gently sway through a warm-up to prepare your body to drop into supported bridge, pigeon, supported child's pose, and supported supta baddha konasana. It may not be as shiny and alluring as a flow class, but it offers something very important -- the ability to slow down and recharge. Props Needed: Two bolsters, Two blocks, a strap, and a blanket.
