Go-To Classics Flow - Preview

As comforting and nostalgic as a peanut butter & jelly, this flow covers all the classics. Warm up with feel-good cat/cow variations, then turn it up with glute and outer thigh work. Move through surya A's and B's, then dance through creative vinyasa flows, layering in more classic poses with each round. You'll try out grasshopper pose, half moon, and handstand at wall, then enjoy a twisty, stretchy cool down.
