Slow and Stretchier - Preview

This low and slow sequence focuses more on stretch than strength, methodically opening the body with innovative variations on classic poses. Ease from half happy baby into reclining hand-to-big-toe, flow through modified vinyasas, and go as far as feels good in poses like hanumanasana and pigeon. A great prep for a more vigorous flow or a perfect way to unwind at any time of day. Props Suggested: A block and a strap.
