Roll With It - Preview

This class strikes a nice balance between workout and relaxation. A foam roller is a great tool to dissolve muscle stiffness, but can also be a fun and surprising prop when you need to mix up your routine. Roll through practice at a relaxing pace, while still encountering some challenging postures and ab work, with plenty of modifications provided. Props Needed: A foam roller.
