Longevity Practice for the Hips - Preview

This steady, strengthening practice explores simple poses in a new way by emphasizing the root of each pose and maintaining stability in the hips. Play with balance as you explore shifting your weight from side to side in bridge, tree, chair, and cobra. Wind down with gomukhasana and upavistha konasana legs, then take a final rest in savasana. Props Needed: A block and a strap.
