Clear your body and release density from your mind upon landing after travel. Start with kapalabhati breathing, a chair flow, and plank holds to build heat in your body. Lie on back for light core work, then flip over onto your belly for dynamic releasing stretches. Wrap up with a seated meditation to welcome your desired state for your travels. Reset, regroup, and feel at home within your body.
