Heart-Opening Hotel Flow - Preview

Make use of what space you have in your hotel room to open up and stretch out after being seated for hours while traveling. Flow through chest and hip-opening poses like puppy, anjaneyasana with cactus arms, and side bends, utilizing your bed as a prop. Move to the wall for a brief handstand hold to refresh your body and your energy, then take urdhva dhanurasana and a couple hamstring stretches to wind you back down. Props Needed: Wall space.
