Shoulder Conditioning - Preview

Work your shoulders with this full exploration of your range of motion, while also getting into your neck and surrounding areas. You’ll use therapy balls to add tension, isolating one area of the body at a time. While this practice may appear simple, it requires focus and patience! Props Needed: Two therapy or tennis balls and two blocks.
