Have fun with poses and movements that are a bit outside of the yoga box. Flow in a variety of creative new ways in a short amount of time, including malasana to ustrasana flows, anjaneyasana to ardha hanumanasana, and hip extensions to external rotation movements into half frog. You'll build strength, create more joint mobility, and challenge your mind all at the same time. Props Suggested: A blanket.
