This comprehensive routine will strengthen and stretch your hips and low back, with additional emphasis on your lower abs and obliques. You'll open up commonly tight areas while working on gaining strength through a mix of classical movements utilizing a small stability ball. After warming up your core, move through a sequence including a side leg series, leg kicks, and plank, then finish with a gentle stretch. Props Suggested: A small stability ball.
