Pilates Barre Blend - Preview

Smoothly transition from mat to barre in this upbeat fusion workout! You'll further your understanding of alignment of your spine, hips and joints, while engaging your center throughout. Warm up on the mat, then move through a fast-paced Pilates sequence, followed by an introductory barre workout with your chair. You'll have one final ab blast on the mat, before ending with a yummy stretch. Props Needed: A chair.
