Elongate Your Body - Preview

Use your breath to create space throughout your body as you tone and stretch. Target the core with a mat series including oblique work, explore side plank and runner's lunge with an option for splits, then wind things down with seated breathwork. You'll get a sweet release of your spine as you focus on feeling long from your crown to your heels.
