Foam Roller Flow - Preview

Learn the fundamentals of foam rolling, so you can use it before or after a Glo class, gym routine, or long run to reduce recovery time. We'll roll out your whole body, focusing on the legs, arms, and back, then get into some strong and active core work. Next, we'll flow - moving through a few rounds of surya b's before taking it down to the mat for a deep stretch in poses like pigeon, gomukhasana, and supta baddha konasana. Props Needed: A foam roller of any size.
