Open and Invert - Preview

If you've had a stressful day, or anticipate one, this is the class for you. We'll spend a luxurious amount of time in two subtle inversions that require no strength or effort. These cozy supported poses will fight fatigue, depletion, and exhaustion and leave you feeling energized, yet calm. Props Needed: A chair, a strap, two bolsters, four or five blankets, a hand towel, a block, and wall space.
