A common complaint by those resistant to starting a yoga practice is, "But I can’t even touch my toes!" This gentle practice will help soften your lower back and hamstrings so that by the end of class, you just might be another inch closer. You'll also try out classic yoga sequences like sun salutations, seated twists and wide-legged forward folds, using your blocks to help you move around! Props Needed: Two blocks and a strap.
