Slow Flow for Deep Self-Study - Preview

This introspective flow includes less talking, fewer poses, and more time to drop in. After warming up with stretches and twists, move through a sequence including dolphin, headstand, half moon, and king pigeon. You'll travel steadily deeper into your internal experience, then conclude with nadi shodhana and a final meditation. Props Needed: Two blocks.
