A Little Easy, A Little Hard - Preview

If you're not quite sure what you're craving, get the best of both worlds. This laid back flow keeps it relaxed, but works in a few challenging portions. Start out easy, then transition into standing poses, lunges with twists, dolphin, camel, and even some crunches in eagle. Wind down with double pigeon and paschimottanasana, then choose to conclude in either seated meditation or savasana.
